AI Processing and Third-Party Providers
The Fintellect mobile app's features — the chat specialists, chart analysis, market report briefings, analyst-video summaries, and trading-psychology coaching — are powered by large language models. To provide them, some of the data you enter leaves your device and is processed by the providers below. You are asked to consent to this in the app before signing in.
Data that is sent when you use these features
- Chat messages you send to the AI specialists (with the ticker symbol, if one is detected)
- The symbols, watchlist, and report preferences used to build your market briefings
- Chart snapshots — only after you approve each individual analysis in the confirmation dialog
- Your mental-prep questionnaire answers, when you request psychology coaching
- Voice input is transcribed by your device's operating system after you grant microphone permission
Who processes it
- Fintellect backend (operated by us) — routes all AI requests; no request goes directly from your device to a model provider
- OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) — the gateway through which our text models (NVIDIA Nemotron) and vision models (OpenAI GPT-4o mini) are run
- Google Gemini — analyzes the public YouTube videos shown in the Analysts and Channels tabs; your personal data is not sent for this
We do not use your conversations to train these models. Data is encrypted in transit. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently removes your data from our servers.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform
- To comply with legal obligations or protect our rights
- In connection with a business transfer or merger

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.
