Bring Your Trades from Where You Trade

Import your trade history into the Fintellect trading journal from the platform you already use. Dedicated importers read each platform’s own export — sides, fees, futures point values and time zones included — and any other broker works through column mapping.

How to export
  1. In TopstepX, open the Trades tab (bottom panel).
  2. Click Export (bottom right) and pick a date range — widen it by a day on each side if the file comes back empty.
  3. Upload the downloaded CSV here. Fees are subtracted from TopstepX's gross P&L automatically.
  4. The Orders tab export also works (fills are paired automatically) — upload one or the other, not both.

How to export
  1. In Tradovate (or NinjaTrader web), open the account dropdown, click the gear icon and choose Account Reports.
  2. Open the Fills tab (it includes commissions) — Orders, Performance or Position History also work.
  3. Pick the date range and click GO.
  4. Click Download Report and upload the CSV here.
  5. Upload only one of these reports per date range — they describe the same trades.

How to export
  1. We accept two NinjaTrader 8 desktop exports: Executions, or Trade Performance -> Trades.
  2. Executions: Control Center -> Executions tab -> right-click the grid -> Export -> save as CSV.
  3. Or Trades: New -> Trade Performance -> pick accounts + date range -> Generate -> Trades tab -> right-click -> Export -> CSV.
  4. Upload one of the two for a given period, not both (they describe the same trades).
  5. Trading a NinjaTrader web / Tradovate-platform account? Use the Tradovate reports (Account Reports) instead.

How to export
  1. In R|Trader Pro open Order History, pick the account and ONE day — Rithmic only exports a single day at a time.
  2. Right-click the column header and add the columns Qty Filled, Order Number and Commission Fill Rate.
  3. Export to CSV and upload it here (repeat per day; re-uploading a day never duplicates fills).
  4. Or export the Performance report as CSV for per-trade P&L with fees — upload one or the other, not both.

How to export
  1. Open Portfolio -> Trades panel.
  2. Pick the date range, then right-click the table -> "Check All Columns" so every column is included.
  3. Click Export and save the CSV file.
  4. Upload the file here — fills are paired into trades using Quantower's own realized P&L.

How to export
  1. In Sierra Chart open Trade >> Trade Activity Log and set the date range.
  2. On the Trade Activity tab use File >> Export (not Save Log As) and save the .txt file — it's in UTC.
  3. Or, for closed trades with P&L and commission, use File >> Export on the Trades tab — upload one or the other.
  4. Don't upload the binary TradeActivityLog_*.data file from Sierra's data folder; it can't be read.

Export your trades as CSV or Excel and choose “Other / Generic CSV” in Journal → Import — one row per fill, or one row per closed trade, both work. Tell us which platform you use at felix@optimumvertexcapital.com and we’ll prioritise its importer.
